Exchange & Return Policy
My Perfect Shoes will authorize exchanges or returns under the following situations:
* Returns and exchanges must be made
within 14 days
* Shoes must be shipped to the address on
the authorization only. Please email for
authorization code & return address. Returns
without authorization will be charged a $25 fee which will be deducted
from your refund.
* Shoes must be repackaged as they were
received and that includes plastic bags
and tissue paper
* Nothing should be written on the box, and
please no tape
* Shipping must be in a corrugated box, no
envelopes please
* Shipping charges are nonrefundable
* Dyed and decorated shoes are
nonrefundable
* Worn, stained or scuffed shoes may not be
returned. Please ensure that there are no
toe marks in the shoe by always wearing a
stocking while trying them on. Always, try
on the shoes on carpet so as to not mark up
the bottoms. Marked and scuffed up shoes
are not refundable.
* Returns of three or more pair of shoes will incur a
restocking fee
* Shoes using a promotion code or on Special Sale, and not listed in the
Sale & Clearance category are returnable according to the guidelines
listed above.
* All shoes marked Special Sale, or are in the "Sale & Clearance"
category are final sale. All of our shoes are discounted, but these are
heavily reduced and are nonrefundable, thus nonreturnable.
